Muskrat Skull Necklace – The Vampfangs Collection by Dark Alchemy
This muskrat skull necklace embodies history and symbolism. The muskrat is a symbol of sacrifice and rebirth in Native American culture. It can dive deeper in the water than any other animal in the region, and according to tradition, this ability saved the people from a great flood that covered the Earth. For this reason, many people consider them to be a lucky charm and aid in times of emotional crisis.
This ethically sourced muskrat skull necklace comes hand-painted from Salem in bronze or black.*

Skulls and Bones: All animal products used were obtained from taxidermists who solely forage for material; this means the animal had long since passed naturally before the time of discovery.
Skins and Hides: In the case of fish leather, all products used are solely from manufacturers utilizing materials that would otherwise have been wasted. Fish such as salmon, tilapia and carp are harvested mainly for consumption; therefore, their skin is most often thrown away as a byproduct of processing. Utilizing it to make leather instead eliminates this waste and provides an alternative to conventional and exotic leathers.
