MATTE BLVCK will perform live on the main stage at the 2026 Endless Night Boston Vampire Ball.
For our first Vampire Ball in Boston, we wanted a live act that could bring the right kind of dark electronic energy into Royale: a restored Boston opera house with towering ceilings, sweeping balconies, immersive lighting, and a crowd ready for music, movement, and atmosphere.
MATTE BLVCK fits that room. Their sound is dark, synth-driven, rhythmic, and club-ready, with enough industrial edge to match the scale of the night without feeling out of place at a Vampire Ball.
We have a strong suspicion the dance floor will be moving.
They are currently scheduled to perform at 10:00 PM on the main stage. Guests should check the final event schedule when they arrive, as timing may shift slightly. Schedules will be displayed throughout the venue on LED screens, and stage announcements will help guide the night.
Who Is MATTE BLVCK?
MATTE BLVCK is a San Diego-based darkwave industrial trio made up of Alex Gonzales, Bidi Cobra, and Daniel Corrales.
The group has built a following in the modern dark electronic scene with releases including I’m Waving, Not Drowning and Vows, along with tracks that have connected with darkwave, industrial, and alternative club audiences.
For guests who are new to MATTE BLVCK, the Boston Vampire Ball is a chance to experience them live, loud, and inside a room built for atmosphere.
