Tea mocktails have emerged as a delightful and refreshing choice for those participating in Dry January. These alcohol-free concoctions often combine various types of tea with creative ingredients like fresh herbs, fruit infusions, and sparkling water to create sophisticated and flavorful beverages.

Tea mocktails not only provide a satisfying alternative to alcoholic drinks but also offer a wide range of unique flavors and aromas, making them a perfect choice for social gatherings and a healthier start to the new year. Here are some of our Vampire approved, favorite mocktail tea recipes!


Countess Cosmopolitan Mocktail Recipe: 

  • 1 cup Cooled & Brewed Countess Tea
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • Optional: pinch of sugar
  • Garnish: citrus twist (lemon, orange or lime)

Brew one cup of Dark Alchemy Countess tea. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for one hour. In a cocktail shaker, combine chilled Countess Tea, Orange Juice, lime juice and (optional) sugar with ice. Shake! Pour into your favorite martini glass and garnish with your choice of a lemon, lime or orange twist. Enjoy this delicious, antioxidant rich and alcohol free drink!

Vernal Dawn Mai Tai Mocktail Recipe: 

  • 1 cup cooled Vernal Dawn
  • 1/4 cup of pineapple juice
  • Dash of Grenadine
  • Dash of orgeat syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • Pineapple wedges, mint leaf and cherries to garnish

Brew one cup of Dark Alchemy Vernal Dawn tea. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for one hour. In a cocktail shaker, combine Cooled Vernal Dawn Tea, pineapple juice and orgeat syrup with ice. Shake! In a tiki or tall glass, add grenedine to the bottom (dont stir!). Add Crushed Ice, to the glass without displacing the grenadine. Strain the mixture from the cocktail shaker into the glass and granish with pineapple wedge and cherry. Enjoy!

Haunted Doll Old Fashioned Mocktail Recipe: 

  • 2 cups cooled Haunted Doll Tea
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 orange slices
  • 4 dashes bitters or Old Fashioned syrup mix
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 Luxardo cherries

Brew one cup of Dark Alchemy Haunted Doll tea. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for one hour. In a lowball glass, muddle (use a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon) and stir the sugar cube with chilled Haunted Doll Tea and bitters until the sugar is nearly dissolved. Pour the mixture into a ice filled glass and stir to chill. Garnish with Luxardo cherries and orange wedge. Enjoy this delicious, alcohol free drink!
