Babylon Menu

We are beyond excited to share our passed hors d’oeuvres and stationed small bites menu for the upcoming Endless Night Babylon event at the House of Blues in Boston April 22nd. We have been hard at work behind the scenes curating a menu that showcases the very best of Boston. We wanted to create a menu that would not only be great bites but would also be nostalgic, drawing inspiration from iconic Boston landmarks such as Fenway Park and the Seaport District. We can’t wait to share our love of Boston’s rich food and culture with all of you!

Fenway Park is not only right across the street from the House of Blues, but home to a plethora of nostalgic food options that have become beloved traditions among fans. From hot dogs and sausages to pretzels and beer pints, there’s something for everyone at Fenway. The iconic “Fenway Frank” has been a staple at the ballpark for over a century, and no trip to Fenway is complete without a taste of this classic hot dog.

Naturally, our first inspiration to our menu is the iconic Fenway Park station. To start things off, we went with a vegetarian option, and created a beautiful selection of crudite, which features a colorful array of fresh vegetables. These are the perfect finger foods to snack on while mingling and chatting. Next up, we have our vegetarian housemade chips, which are crispy, salty, and oh-so-delicious. Made from scratch using high-quality ingredients, these chips are a real crowd-pleaser and reminded us of Fenway Park’s simple yet delicious offerings.

If you’re in the mood for something a little heartier, our vegetarian pretzel bites are a great choice. For a classic appetizer option, we have pigs in a blanket. These mini sausages wrapped in flaky pastry are always a hit, and they’re the perfect comfort food and a tip to our crowns to the nostalgic Fenway Frank.

If you’re looking for something a little more substantial, our sausage with peppers and onions is a great option. This dish features juicy sausage cooked with sweet bell peppers and onions, making it a flavorful and filling choice. Last but not least, we have our angus beef sliders, topped with all the Fenway classic fixings.

Boston’s Seaport District is a hub of delicious dining options, offering a range of nostalgic and modern cuisine. One of the district’s most beloved food destinations is the Boston Fish Pier, where visitors can find some of the freshest seafood in the city. The waterfront views are picture perfect in the Seaport District and something we had to represent.

To start things off in this station, we have mini crab cakes. These tasty bites are made with fresh crab meat, breadcrumbs, and a variety of herbs and spices to create the perfect flavor profile that is oh so Boston. They’re the perfect finger food too!

For our vegetarian guests, we have mini vegetarian couscous salad cups. These bite-sized cups are filled with a mixture of couscous, fresh veggies, and flavorful herbs and spices.

If you’re looking for something a little more… meaty… our steak and blue cheese canapes are a reminder of the wide range of beautiful steak houses in Boston. These mini bites feature tender slices of steak, paired with tangy blue cheese. They’re a sophisticated appetizer that’s oh so very Vampire.

Our gluten free shrimp cocktail is always a must in Boston. The simplicity of the freshest shrimp and tangy cocktail sauce is the perfect flavor combination.

Next up is a FAVORITE among any visitor to Boston- mini lobster rolls. These delicious bites feature succulent lobster meat, mixed with just the right amount of mayo (Bostonians know that perfect ratio!) and served on a buttery roll. They’re a luxurious option that was a very necessary indulgence to our Seaport Station.

We can’t forget our beautiful selection of passed hors d’oeuvres.

First up, we have our gluten-free cherry tomato BLT with garlic aioli. This bite-sized sandwich features a cherry tomato, crispy bacon, and fresh lettuce, all topped off with a flavorful garlic aioli. It’s the perfect gluten-free option that’s packed with flavor.

For our gluten-free and vegan guests, we have Vietnamese summer rolls. These rolls are filled with a variety of chilled vegetables wrapped in rice paper and served with tamari for dipping.

If you’re looking for something a little heartier, our vegetarian mac and cheese bites are where it’s at. These bites are made with creamy mac and cheese that’s been given a hint of truffle oil for an extra depth of flavor (and because Vampire’s do even comfort food classier).

Speaking of doing things classier, we needed to add chicken and waffles with hot honey- done the Vampire way. Featuring a crispy piece of chicken, served on top of a mini waffle, and drizzled with hot honey for a sweet and spicy kick.

Overall, we’re thrilled to present our carefully curated menu for the Endless Night Babylon event at the House of Blues in Boston. We’ve taken great care to choose menu items that not only taste amazing, but also pay tribute to the city’s unique culinary heritage. From nostalgic favorites like Fenway Park-inspired snacks to fresh takes on classic dishes, we’re confident that our menu will delight and satisfy all attendees. We can’t wait to share our love of Boston’s vibrant food culture with everyone and create a memorable experience for all who attend. We look forward to getting a few bites with you at the event!
