I need a prescription pair and completed my order before I realized I could not find any boxes or lines in which to put my prescription. Is this prescription verified as well by the doctor when the verification is sent? And if so will the online source I ordered from send the correct lenses or will I have to let them know that there was an error?
Not all lenses are available in corrective strengths. If the contacts you are ordering are available in corrective, you will be able to select the specs directly on the product page before you place your order. Not sure what is happening to the email, but I verified it is the same one you sent the trouble ticket from. We are showing that the verification system sent 11 emails. If we had known that you still hadn’t received it, we could have filled it out for you! Hi I was wondering since I wear prescription contacts, is it possible to get one contact instead of the pair? I don’t want to be entirely blind if I were to get the walking dead contacts. Or would I have to buy as a pair?
